We are proud to announce the acquisition of 4 month old Gray Ghost on co-ownership from the Millers. Ghost is that very special, deep sable puppy with an outstanding attitude, gorgeous structure and movement and a pedigree that should ensure he will be an outstanding producer as well as showman. We first saw him at the 2016 mid-Atlantic futurity where his older sister was shown and won BOF after going Best Opposite Puppy at the 2015 National Specialty. Came, Saw, Fell in love, Purchased.

Ghost was bred and is co-owned by Craig and Cindy Miller

In his first weekend out Ghost takes 2 specialty Best Puppy and 1 Best Opposite Puppy wins and also a 5 POINT MAJOR RESERVE. Not a bad weekend for the young man

In his next venture out, 12 month old Ghost went Winners Dog for the Major at the Treasure Coast GSD Club Specialty Show 1-7-17 under judge Doug Crane. Thanks to Lenny Brown for a great handling job and judge Crane for the super win. Ghost took the 4 point RWD at 15 months at the GSDC of No Fla under judge Pamela O'Dell in very stiff competition.

Ghost went Winners Dog for a 5 point Major under the esteemed Ms Rosalind Schaffer in New Jersey. Ghost now has 8 points both majors at 18 months of age.

Zen has always been a delight to show, train and trial - always giving 100% even in pain before letting us know that he had an obedience career-ending injury.>

Zen is a beautiful mover and was successful in both the specialty and all-breed venues easily finishing his Championship and Grand Championship. He has a great working attitude, is always on 'go' and loves doing whatever you invite him to join you in. He is still very active although we are careful with what he is allowed to do. Herding is his current interest. Zen is a full older brother to Ch Parker and Ch Justice.

Parker is a large, solid all-male dog with excellent pigment, bone, substance and temperament. He is the alpha male in our kennel, is a correctly aloof but social GSD, easily finished his Championship and is working on multiple performance titles in multiple venues. We are extremely pleased with what he has produced in his first 2 litters - both by european working-line bitches. Parker is the sire of both Edgar, the most versatile performance dog I've ever worked and Flash who is just starting out in her show and performance career. Parker will be campaigned to his Grand Championship as time permits with our current group of young dogs in competition.

EDGAR WORKING

From an American/European combination, Edgar is proving to be a youngster with a competitive spirit and strong drives. Already pointed in the conformation ring from the 6-9 class, he is fiery on the schutzhund field in early training and is working well in obedience and tracking as well. He is great fun.... with a quirky sense of 'Edgar humor'...and bears watching at all times : He makes friends everywhere he goes and is always ready for a 'road trip'.



Edgar is far and away the most versatile dog I have ever known. He currently works in Rally, Obedience, Schutzhund (IPO) and BarnHunt. He will be starting in Herding shortly as well. He learns quickly, is very social, has strong drives and great determination.

Edgar has also written and published a book ……'Being Edgar' - The 'How-To' Manual for The Truly Exceptional Dog……… and is a spokesman for a foundation being set up to assist animals and their humans on a case-by-case basis. Elfin is a dark, substantial, very masculine dog who, despite his name , is a rather dignified fellow who considers himself above the playfully crazy antics of his half-brother Zen, but with a great sense of humor all his own. Elfin was placed for a while as a companion which kept him from starting an early show career but he has made up for it since his return to Falkrigia (through no fault of his own). He finished his Championship fairly easily at 6 years of age and is now 8 years old and training in Herding which he appears to have great talent for. He will hopefully be trialing this Fall 2019. Elfin is a littermate to Aiden - owned by Leslie Hutto and who has his CDX, RE and is an incredibly accomplished Barnhunt and Crazy 8 Champion. Leslie is also a co-owner on Elfin.

Ribbitt aka Volta is a full younger repeat breeding of the gorgeous Hope (Mickena's Ghost of Christmas Yet To Come) and a full littermate to Neo (12 pts 1 major).

Ribbitt is a great puppy very much like his sire in solid temperament but with a very affectionate side - a very cuddly pup with a great attitude about anything and everything.

 

Ribbitt has not yet started a serious show career as he is still growing into all his angles and starting some obedience exercises. We feel he has great promise down the road in many venues.

 

His formal call name is Volta but he will always be Ribbitt to me as a puppy he loved to watch the frogs jump and actually sat like a frog as a baby much of the time. A more delightful companion dog couldn't be found

We were very saddened by the passing of our GCh Diego in 2013. He does have incredible offspring keeping his legacy alive though - with hopefully more to come in the future through frozen semen breedings. A beautiful specialty mover, Diego was an exceptional dog who finished his Championship very quickly with four 4-point majors and his Grand Championship with six 4-point majors.

Diego has 5 Champions including 2 Grand Champions from only 3 breedings. Among those are GrCh Ropaja's Cache who is her own ROM as a producer with 5 qualifiers to date and GrCh Palin, who has not yet been bred and who may be available for lease when she completes her performance titles, (both found under 'females' on our website).

We are sad to have recently laid to rest our gorgeous and ever-young Ch Bold Ruler. At 13 and 1/2 he still moved across the yard with ease and even with glimpses of the beautiful suspension he possessed as a youngster. Although totally deaf, he still insisted on performing his duties daily to check each dog's paddock and guard Gene in his shop as he did his woodworking. Trapper was a mighty dog in so many ways. He will be forever missed.
